The Workflow Approver Maintenance is the application used to maintain approvers and roles for system-document workflow and is customizable to each unit’s needs. In other words, the WAM provides a centralized management system for workflow notifications. From WAM, a user can:
- Add/Remove approvers to departmental workflow paths
- Add/Remove users to WAM Roles
- View approval paths for other areas
