Attention CAMPUS Hiring Managers: Effective February 1, 2024 offers approved by Talent Acquisition that result in an internal promotional increase of 15% or more and are supported by the Compensation Calculation swim-lane will no longer require a CRF submission to Compensation. A CRF is required for wage offers above the swim-lane max.
Job offers must come from Talent Acquisition (TA). TA utilizes the compensation calculator to provide hiring managers with salary offer guidance. Please move your selected candidate to the new status of “Campus Salary Offer Request” before you select “Create Offer”. Once the offer request is received, your recruiter will email your salary offer range with additional instructions. No job offer (written or verbal) can be extended to a candidate outside of Talent Acquisition – the offer will not be honored.
