How Do I Cancel a Time Off Request on Behalf of an Employee?

  1. From the Campus Time & Attendance homepage, open the hamburger menu (top left corner).
  2.  Select Schedule Planner.
  3. Select the desired date or date range and select the employee.
  4. Right-click on the time off request to open the actions box.
  5. Click Cancel.
  6. The time off request will Auto Approve and display Cancelled status.
The hours are removed from the schedule and returned to the employee’s accrual balance.
