Whether you need help navigating the platform, accessing course materials, or troubleshooting technical problems, we’re here to point you in the right direction
Course Contact
For help with course content clarification/corrections, test resets, or re-enrollments, you can receive immediate support by reaching out to the course contact. The course contact is the primary support contact for the course.
On the course landing page*, there is an "Additional Information" section that should include an email address for the course contact and the name of the sponsoring department. If there is no course contact information, you should reach out to the sponsoring department.

Campus Learning Team
For immediate support for things like system access, you can reach out to the campus learning system support team by email (campuslearning@uab.edu). Any issues that cannot be resolved by the course contact or course author will also be forwarded to this team.
