The Course Report from Learning Locker contains training completion records for all employees according to your specified parameters.

If the report includes non-completions, the Source, Course Code, and Course Name fields will be blank and the Date Complete field will be "No Course" if the employee has no completion records meeting the report's parameters.

| Workforce Group | The employee's workforce group |
| Hire Date | The employee's hire date |
| Entity | The employee's primary employment entity. |
| VP Org | The employee's VP organization. |
| Org Code | The employee's organization (code) |
| Org Name | The employee's organization (description). |
*Records from the Taleo Applicant Tracking System, which provides completion data for the Enterprise Code of Conduct, Memorandum of Record, and Patent Agreement, may be labeled as "HS."
