If the report includes non-completions, the Source, Course Code, and Course Name fields will be blank and the Date Complete field will be "No Course" if the employee has no completion records meeting the report's parameters.

Date Complete | The date the course was completed.** |
BlazerID | The employee's BlazerID. |
Name | The employee's name. |
Job Title | The employee's job title. |
Employment Category | The employee's employment category. |
Workforce Group | The employee's workforce group. |
Hire Date | The employee's hire date. |
Entity | The employee's primary employment entity. |
VP Org | The employee's VP organization. |
Org Code | The employee's organization (code). |
Org Name | The employee's organization (description). |
*Records from the Taleo Applicant Tracking System, which provides completion data for the Enterprise Code of Conduct, Memorandum of Record, and Patent Agreement, may be labeled as "HS."
**Some records may have placeholder values if a completion date is not available.
