15. What implications does the switch to nonexempt status have on benefits such as paid time off accrual and 403b match?

For paid time off, you will continue to receive the annual amount you have as an exempt employee, but it will be spread over 26 pay periods. If you currently participate in the 403b program, you will continue to receive the employer match to your contribution up to 5 percent of your salary. If you change to a different nonexempt position, the 403b benefit will continue.
