Navigating the campus learning system to find courses you need is simple and efficient. Whether you’re looking to enhance your skills, complete required training, or explore new areas of interest, this guide will show you how to quickly locate any available course. Keep in mind that a course’s availability in the catalog depends on its visibility settings, which is determined by the course author.
Using the Search Bar
- From anywhere in the system, you can use the search bar at the top-center of the page to search for courses that are in the public catalog.
- On the results page, you should click on the appropriate tab to see the desired list of courses.
- A: "My Courses and Learning Plans" lists relevant courses you are already enrolled in.
- B: "Course Catalog" lists relevant courses you are and are not enrolled in.
TIP: Use the filter and sorting tabs to narrow down your search.
Full Course Catalog
- Once logged into the system, click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner.
In the list, click "Full Course Catalog".
