How to Unenroll from Courses

Sometimes, you may need to unenroll from a course in the learning system—whether due to schedule changes, completed requirements, or a shift in priorities. This guide will walk you through the steps to remove yourself from a course quickly and easily to ensure your active enrollments reflect your current learning needs.

Courses Assigned by System/Course Author

Some courses do not allow for self-unenrollment. These courses are either automatically assigned based on rules in the system, or you are manually assigned the training by the course author. If you do not believe you should be required to complete the training, you can reach out to the course contact about your concerns.

If you are unsure where to find the course contact, please review "Who do I Contact for Support?".

From the Course Landing Page

  1. Once enrolled in a course, you should see the "Unenroll" button in the top-left, under the course name. Click this button to unenroll from the course.
