Data Dictionary

Learning Locker allows two different reports that can be created: 

  • Organization Report
  • Course Report

Organization Report

The Organization Report from the Learning Locker contains training completion records for all employees and courses according to your specified parameters. For instructions on how to run the report, see Running Organization Reports.


 For assistance with running this report, view our step-by-step guide.


If the report includes non-completions, the Source, Course Code, and Course Name fields will be blank and the Date Complete field will be "No Course" if the employee has no completion records meeting the report's parameters. 


Field/ColumnDescription
SourceThe system of origin for the training record. 
  • DOCEBO: The Campus Learning System.
  • HS*: The Medicine Learning System (HealthStream)
  • CITI: The CITI Training Program
Course CodeThe identifier used as an alternative to the course name
Course NameThe course name
Date CompleteThe date the course was completed**
BlazerIDThe employee's BlazerID
NameThe employee's name
Job TitleThe employee's job title
Employment CategoryThe employee's employment category
Workforce GroupThe employee's workforce group
Hire DateThe employee's hire date
EntityThe employee's primary employment entity
VP OrgThe employee's VP organization
Org CodeThe employee's organization (code)
Org NameThe employee's organization (description).


*Records from the Taleo Applicant Tracking System, which provides completion data for the Enterprise Code of Conduct, Memorandum of Record, and Patent Agreement, may be labeled as "HS."

**Some records may have placeholder values if a completion date is not available.
