Courses that are available through UAB’s online learning system can be placed into catalogs. These catalogs list all courses that are available for enrollment by users. In addition to a primary catalog, courses can also be further sorted by adding them to specific categories. These categories can help organize courses of similar content into one area so that they are easier to locate.

How to Add a Course to a Catalog
As a Power User - Author in the Campus Learning System:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Course Catalog.
- Select the catalog to add the course to.
- Click Confirm.
How to Add a Course to a Category
As a Power User - Author in the Campus Learning System:
- Open the course. Click the Gear icon , choose Course Management, and click on the course name.
- On Properties tab, click Details, then Category.
Click Save Changes.
