Admin Users in UAB Perform may perform actions such as viewing an employee's evaluation, downloading a report for span of Orgs, and reassign supervisors, among other tasks.
A user must have an active HR Role to be eligible for Admin Permissions in UAB Perform.
Because of the sensitivity of the information available to admin users, permissions are restricted to the following HR Roles:
- HR Organization Executive
- HR Organization Administrator
- HR Organization Officer
- HR Organization Support, with permission of the HR Organization Administrator
These individuals may submit a request to performance@uab.edu and should include:
- All Organizations ("Orgs") requested
Admin users serve as the point-of-contact for their assigned Orgs and should be familiar with the functionality UAB Perform and the performance evaluation process at UAB.
