AWO Compliance Report
Purpose of this report:
- To identify gaps in the Alternate Work Options statuses between various systems and other missing information so appropriate action can be taken
- This is a biweekly report that is sent to the org admins of the various schools/units.
- If you are not the appropriate Org Admin for your school/unit, please work with your Dean/VP/AVP to identify one and we can assist in setting them up in the HR roles app. (https://acsapps.ad.uab.edu/CampusRoleManagement/)
How to interpret your report:
Column B (non_compliance_reason) lists the reason that employee record was flagged
Possible values and what they mean:
non_compliance_reason | What it means | What to do about it |
Hybird WorkOption with no Tele Agreement And Remote WorkOption with no Tele Agreement
| Employee is flagged in the AWO Dashboard as being either Remote or Hybrid but no AWO agreement is on file. | Work with the employee to submit an AWO agreement https://acsapps1.ad.uab.edu/eForms/FormsDashboard and select Hybrid/Remote work agreement from the top left. |
Hybrid/Remote non-eligible with Hybrid/Remote WorkOption | Employee is flagged in the AWO Dashboard as being either Remote or Hybrid but are classified in a job that is not eligible for remote/hybrid | Work with HR Compensation to confirm the eligibility of those jobs. |
missing WorkOption from AWO | Employee records without a status in the AWO dashboard | Update the dashboard to correctly reflect their work status. |
Work Option does not match Oracle location | Employee is flagged as out of state in the dashboard but flagged as “Bham Main Campus” in Oracle or vice versa (ie. Flagged as out of state in Oracle but On-Site in AWO dashboard) | Identify the correct work status of the employee and update the incorrect record – either in the dashboard or Oracle.
