• Expanded Access for LLC Supervisors - LLC supervisors who oversee campus employees now have direct access to UAB Perform, eliminating the need to assign Alternate Supervisors as a workaround.
• Enhanced Reporting - The Completion Report now includes Assignment Status, allowing departments to better track employees who are on leave during the evaluation cycle.
