UAB Perform is a performance evaluation form for completing staff performance evaluations. UAB's performance evaluation process also includes faculty evaluations, which vary by department or school but are uploaded to the Performance Documentation App by administrative users.

| Administrator access How users get admin access | Admin access is integrated via the Campus Role Management App. Roles of HR Executive, HR Organization Administrator, and HR Organization Officer are integrated to UAB Perform during an overnight process. |
