UAB Perform is a performance evaluation form for completing staff performance evaluations. UAB's performance evaluation process also includes faculty evaluations, which vary by department or school but are uploaded to the Performance Documentation App by administrative users.

Who has access to this system
This system is accessible to the following: 01 Regular Full-Time and 03 Regular Part-Time Staff in Workgroup A (primary assignments only); 01 Regular Full-Time and 03 Regular Part-Time Faculty in Workgroup F (follow department guidance - may not use this app).

Employee codes that are denied access to this system: 06 Student, 11 Federal Work Study, 20 Post Doc Trainee, 60 Volunteer, 99 Requisition.

How users get admin access
Administrator access is integrated via the Campus Role Management App and is granted to the HR Executive, HR Organization Administrator, and HR Organization Officer roles.
