How to Download an Annual Evaluation Summary Report

These steps describe how an Admin user can download an evaluation summary report in UAB Perform.

The Annual Evaluation Summary Report displays records from the upload-only ("performance documentation") app and UAB Perform.

As an Admin User in UAB Perform:

1. In UAB Perform, click the Reports button from the menu at the top of the screen and choose Annual Eval Summary.
   
2. In the Reports window, choose a specific Org range to display or choose View Report to see all Orgs.
3. To export the report: Click the Save icon and choose the desired export method.
