The Access Control Form (ACF) is used to request and change access responsibilities for employees. The form is used to:
- View a user's current and requested responsibilities,
- Request, change, or terminate a user's approved responsibilities, and
- View the history of a user's responsibilities.
The ACF is available under the following responsibilities:
- UAB HR Officer,
- UAB GA End User, or
- UAB GL End User.
