How to Re-Enroll Learners

Target Audience: Power Users
Purpose: This guide will show you how to re-enroll learners in your course using the Archive Enrollment tool.

  1. Go to the "Enrollments" tab for the desired course and identify the learner


  2. Click the three-dotted menu on the right of your screen and select "Archive enrollment"


  3. Select "Archive and re-enroll", and check the box for "Require user(s) to redo all course content"


     
  4. Click "Archive Enrollment"


Notes:
• Do NOT re-enroll learners the same day they complete a course. At least 24 hours is needed for their original completion record to show in Learning Locker.

• Choose "Archive and unenroll" to allow learners to re-enroll on their own time.

• Uncheck "Require user(s) to redo all course content" if they don't have to redo training content they already completed.
