A: A request (via email) will need to be made by the Dean/VP of the school/unit of the employees’ primary assignment that
a) Describes the situation and the justification for the exception,
b) Describes measures that are being taken to avoid such exceptions in the future.
This email request will need to be sent to [email protected] for approval by senior leadership in central administration.
