How Do I Cancel a Time Off Request on Behalf of an Employee?

  1. From the Campus Time & Attendance homepage, open the hamburger menu (top left corner).
    Click Menu
  2.  Select Schedule Planner.Click Schedule Planner
  3. Select the desired date or date range and select the employee.Select Date Range
  4. Right-click on the time off request to open the actions box.Right click
  5. Click Cancel.Click Cancel
  6. The time off request will Auto Approve and display Cancelled status.Example of Cancelled Confirmation

The hours are removed from the schedule and returned to the employee’s accrual balance.
