How do I approve my employee’s balances at termination?

  1. First review your Employee Requests in the My Notifications tile
  2. Next select the hamburger menu and choose the timecards option.
    Click on Menu
  3. Click Timecards
  4. Select the employee, choose the date of termination for the start/end date and apply. Click the Accruals tab at the bottom of the page.Select the Employee
  5. You can then click on the Accruals drawer at the bottom of the page as well, to see all available balances as of the term date.Click Accruals
  6. If accruals are correct, you may “approve” on the employee’s behalf.Click Approve
