WAM is a centralized form used to make updates to and review the existing workflow paths for various system documents. The roles described below determine the system access a user is granted.

Primary Workflow Officer (WFO) | The individual responsible for maintaining and updating subsequent roles and end-user approval paths for a designated organizational unit or range | Designated by the School/VP or designee Must be in an active assignment category of 01 Full-Time, 03 Part-Time, 04 Irregular (Retiree), or 59 Affiliate Employee |
Secondary Workflow Officer | Assists the Primary WFO with duties described above | Designated by Primary WFO Must be in an active assignment category of 01 Full-Time, 03 Part-Time, 04 Irregular (Retiree), or 59 Affiliate Employee |
Notify Person | Receives the 24-Hour hold notifications for the designated organizational unit or range | Designated by Primary WFO or defaults to the Primary WFO Must be in an active assignment category of 01 Full-Time, 03 Part-Time, 04 Irregular (Retiree), or 59 Affiliate Employee |
Approver | The person(s) assigned to review and respond to workflow notifications for a designated document type, approval level, and amount threshold | Must be in an active assignment category of 01 Full-Time, 03 Part-Time, 04 Irregular (Retiree), or 59 Affiliate Employee Access to review documents must be granted through the individual HR, Finance, or System responsibility |
