The WAM Roles History Report provides an audit of actions taken on the system record during a selected time period. For instructions on how to run this report, see the article Running Reports in WAM.

Description
Filters
OrganizationThe workflow organization search value.
Document TypeFilters the report to a single or group of system document type workflows.
From DateThe minimum report date filter for displayed system history.
To Date

The maximum report date filter for displayed system history.

Report
OrganizationThe organization associated with the displayed workflow record.
Document TypeThe document type associated with the displayed workflow record.
Last Update DateThe recorded date of the last edit made to the displayed workflow record. Displayed in Date Time format. 
Last Update ByThe Blazerid of the user who made the last edit to the displayed workflow record.
Action PerformedA short description of the system action recorded for the displayed workflow record. Values: Update, Insert, Delete
Person New BlazeridThe Blazerid of the new user to replace an existing user for the displayed role and workflow record. 
Person Old BlazeridThe Blazerid of the replaced user for the displayed role and workflow record. 
Role Type NewThe WAM Role of the replacement role for the displayed workflow record. 
Role Type OldThe WAM Role of the replaced userfor the displayed workflow record. 


The Action Performed field conveys some idea of what action was taken on the system record. Below is a description of the possible values.


Field/Column
Description
UpdateSignifies a replacement or modification of an existing record with new information.
InsertSignifies a new record or row has been added to the workflow setup. 
DeleteSignifies an existing record or row has ended or been removed from the workflow setup.
