Who is required to complete an annual evaluation?
Central HR requires annual evaluations for the following employees:
- Regular full-time (01) and part-time (03) staff in Workgroup A*
- Regular full-time (01) and part-time (03) faculty in Workgroup F*
- Any employee receiving a merit increase
*If an employee has been reclassified, transferred, or hired since October 1, 2025, they are not required by Central HR to submit an evaluation for FY2026. However, any employee receiving a merit increase must have an evaluation on file.
Additionally, some departments may expand Central HR's requirements. Please contact your supervisor or your department's HR Partner for clarification.
