Who is required to complete an annual evaluation?
Central HR requires annual evaluations for the following employees:
- Regular full-time (01) and part-time (03) staff in Workgroup A*
- Regular full-time (01) and part-time (03) faculty in Workgroup F*
- Any employee receiving a merit increase
*If an employee has been reclassified, transferred, or hired since October 1, 2022, they are not required by Central HR to have an evaluation completed for FY2023. Additionally, any employee receiving a merit increase must complete an evaluation.
The Supervisor Dashboard in UAB Perform includes a visual indicator for employees required to complete an evaluation by Central HR; however, some departments may expand Central HR's requirements. Please contact your supervisor or your department's HR Partner for clarification.
