What does the Goal Submission Status mean?
| Status | Description |
| Open | Goal has been saved and employee can continue making edits. |
| Submitted | Goal is locked for edits and has been sent to your supervisor for review. |
| Approved | Supervisor has approved the goal. |
| Inactive | If the supervisor rejects the goal, the goal status becomes Inactive. The employee may also choose to set the status as Inactive if not actively working toward it. To continue working on it at a later date, the employee may set the Goal Status back to Active. |
How should I use the Comments & Updates section?
This section serves as a collaborative space for you and your supervisor to track discussions and progress towards your goal. Simply choose the Goal Status from the menu, include your comments, and then Save your changes.
